No. Most clients book a call specifically because they can't articulate the problem clearly yet — they just know reporting is slow, numbers don't match, and decisions are harder than they should be. The first call is designed to help name the problem, not sell you a solution.

Yes. Every engagement follows secure-by-default practices: read-only access wherever possible, credentials stored in encrypted vaults, no local copies of sensitive data, and all pipelines run in your own cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Snowflake — your preference). A signed Data Processing Agreement is part of every engagement. Security practices are described in detail during the Clarity Call.
